Riverarch Equity Partners Appoints Amy Pickett to Senior Associate, Business Development
Riverarch Equity Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Pickett to Senior Associate, Business Development.
Pickett joined Riverarch in August 2022 as an Associate on the investment team and was subsequently promoted to Senior Associate in August 2025. She has been an essential part of our recent acquisitions of Clayton Kendall, The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley, and Hill Country Dairies. Amy graduated from Princeton University with Honors while playing Division I soccer. Prior to graduating, Amy interned in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division in New York, where she covered middle-market Technology, Media, and Software companies.
