Riverarch was established in 2011 to support the growth of leading middle-market companies. We started the firm with four professionals and a $250 million investment fund.
Today, Riverarch is investing from PNC Riverarch IV, a $1 billion private equity partnership. The team has grown to 18 dedicated professionals to support our portfolio companies and management teams.
We’ve been privileged to partner with great companies and outstanding leaders. Since our founding, we’ve completed 38 platform acquisitions and more than 125 add-on acquisitions, generating upper tier outcomes for our investors and management teams.
