Grant joined Riverarch Equity Partners in February 2026 as a part of the Portfolio Value Creation team. Before joining Riverarch, Grant worked at the Boston Consulting Group, where he primarily supported large health systems and medical device manufacturers. Grant’s work at BCG spanned many topic areas, including commercial strategy, pricing, margin transformations, and digital builds. Prior to BCG, Grant was a medical trainee – he received his M.D. from the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. Grant also received a B.S. in Neuroscience from Tulane.
