Riverarch Equity Partners is pleased to announce that Erik Rauterkus has joined the firm as Director, Portfolio Value Creation.

Erik will be responsible for creating and leading the Portfolio Value Creation function at Riverarch and will work side-by-side with our investment teams and portfolio companies to identify and deliver operational value. 

“Erik has a wide-ranging background of operational, consulting, and value creation experiences that will better enable our teams to successfully drive key initiatives across the portfolio,” said Mike Rost, Managing Director at Riverarch. 

Prior to joining Riverarch, Erik was an Operational Executive at KKR where he focused on driving value and growth in their $6B Health Care Strategic Growth fund. Prior to that, Erik co-founded an air conditioning manufacturing company in New York and worked for The Boston Consulting Group. Erik received a B.A. from Swarthmore College in Economics and Political Science, where he was also a dual-sport athlete. Erik will be relocating to his hometown of Pittsburgh.
