Walex Products Company, Inc. is a premier manufacturer of branded waste treatment chemicals, fragrance enhancement products, and cleaning solutions for the waste management, janitorial, and sanitation industries. Founded in 1987 by Bob and Bill Williams, Walex has grown steadily over nearly four decades into a recognized industry leader known for innovation, reliability, and product efficacy. Headquartered in Leland, North Carolina, the Company supports its offerings with in‑house, PhD‑led research and development that drives ongoing product advancement and maintains Walex’s longstanding commitment to quality.

Rost, Miller, and Lebby will represent Riverarch on the Board of Directors, which will also include Bill Williams and Corey Morton, Walex Director of Sales & Business Development. R.W. Baird advised Walex, and senior debt financing was provided by NXT Capital.
